Men have it easy

This infographic is part of a weekly design contest between ODU Graphic Design Class of 2010. The theme of the week was differences between men and women.

Men always complain about how long their ladies take in the bathroom, but looking at the sheer number of objects used per gender (this varies, but is based on my own observation), it's plain that the ratio of effort to presentability is skewed due to contrived but socially acceptable standards of grooming. In short, men have it easy. We can roll out of bed, use six items (mostly in the crotchal region), and be on our merry way. I say six items because most of us menfolk would balk at the idea of saying “I need to exfoliate”, or worse, actually doing it. One may interpret this graphic how they would like, but I encourage my gender to reconsider when they start fuming over “just five more minutes” turning into thirty. I know you're late for dinner, but remember above all else that beauty isn't easy.
